Booking:

- Appointments are required to use Sensorium. To secure your session, please book in advance through our website.

- We recommend booking well in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.

- All booking fees must be paid prior to your session.

 

Cancellation:

- We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your session, please provide us with at least 24hrs notice.

- Failure to cancel your session or provide notice within the required time frame will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

 

Rescheduling:

- We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests if made within the specified notice period.

- Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

 

No-Show Policy:

- If you do not arrive for your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.

 

Late Arrivals:

- To ensure the best experience for all visitors, please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must maintain the schedule for other visitors.

 

Group Bookings:

- For group bookings, we may have different cancellation and rescheduling policies. Please inquire with our staff when making a group booking.
