All online purchases require a signature for delivery. Please ensure to use a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your purchase. *This requirement may vary during COVID19 restrictions.

Unclaimed Parcels
Occasionally parcels we ship to the customer are not claimed and are returned to us. Items which are not claimed and for which we have received no contact from the customer within 14 days regarding failed delivery are non-refundable.

Returns
We hope that you are entirely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a McTivities product, please email us here within 7 days of receiving your order stating the reason for returning it and whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or a refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs).
All returned items must be in saleable condition with unopened original packing and labelling intact.
Items that are marked, opened or damaged upon return will not be fully refunded.

Items are returned at the customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as McTivities accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Faulty goods: If you are returning an item due to a fault, please contact us at mctivitiesplay(at)gmail.com before returning the item. The cost of postage will be refunded in full on all faulty items. Items that are returned due to the customer selecting an incorrect size/item and requiring an exchange for the correct item instead of a refund, the items are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee will be incurred by the customer.

Refunds
McTivities refunds are paid through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card) depending on your purchase. McTivities does not refund the cost of delivery.
